Alina Warehouse

Alina Warehouse is the internal WMS + OMS for Alina Official, a modest-fashion brand from Depok whose promise is “honest prices, real stock”. Warehouse staff use it to record stock, run the monthly stock opname and follow orders from every channel — the online store, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, WhatsApp and resellers.

Stock is allocated per channel so one marketplace can never sell what another already holds. A versioned e-commerce API keeps the storefront in sync: catalog with delta updates, per-channel stock checks, idempotent paid-order intake, cancellations and shipping receipts.

My work centred on the reject-product flow (twin SKU-RJ items with their own pricing, allocation and opname), the e-commerce API, security hardening across the portal, the shadcn/ui interface refresh and keeping the Prisma connection resilient in production.
